Wanted: Convicted 24-Year-Old at Large

Hamilton Police are actively searching for Faizan Ali, a 24-year-old male who has been convicted in connection with the death of a motorcyclist on Monday, May 17, 2021. Faizan has been sentenced to 11 years for multiple convictions, including:

  • Four counts of Failure to Comply with Release Order
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Controlled Substance
  • Two Counts of Possession of a Loaded Firearm
  • Two Counts of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon
  • Occupant of Motor Vehicle Knowing there was a Prohibited Weapon

Faizan was released pending sentencing but failed to appear in court to receive his sentence. Hamilton Police are now seeking to locate and arrest him to serve his prison term. Additionally, Faizan is wanted for:

  • Three Additional Counts of Failing to Comply with a Release Order
  • Two Counts of Failing to Comply with Probation

Description:

  • Race: South Asian
  • Height: 5 feet 9 inches
  • Weight: 194 pounds

Faizan is believed to be in the Hamilton area but has known connections to surrounding municipalities.
