The province’s police watchdog is investigating a collision early Wednesday morning between a police vehicle and a person.
Officers had entered the parking lot at Central Elementary School at around 2 a.m. when they had hit someone.
The Special Investigations Unit was notified and invoked their mandate to investigate.
Police have not released who was hit or any details of the incident.
