A portion of Hamilton’s Linc is closed Tuesday after a tractor trailer crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck a vehicle.
Hamilton police say it happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. when an eastbound transport truck collided with a vehicle travelling westbound.
Officers say one person has been taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.

The westbound lanes of the Linc are currently shut down at Upper James Street.
The eastbound lanes of the parkway are also closed at Garth Street.
Police tell CHCH News they expect the closure to last for at least five hours.
