Two people are facing charges in connection with a targeted shooting in Hamilton’s downtown core last week.
Police say there was a dispute between a group of men before the shooting happened around 11 a.m. last Friday next to the Frank A. Cooke Transit Terminal at the intersection of MacNab and King streets.
Officers say the man who was shot ran from the scene, but police eventually found him on King Street.
Paramedics brought the man to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Following a week-long investigation, police arrested two suspects in connection with the shooting.
A 15-year-old Hamilton boy has been charged with five offences, including aggravated assault with a weapon and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
A 21-year-old Hamilton man is facing three charges, including possession of fentanyl and hydromorphone for the purpose of trafficking.
