Hamilton police have arrested a 34-year-old man following an investigation into a series of commercial break-and-enter incidents over the past month.
Between Oct. 11 and Oct. 23, police say Derek James Tuffin was behind six break-and-enters in the Waterdown and Flamborough areas.
Further investigation found Tuffin was also in possession of three stolen vehicles.
On Monday, officials arrested the suspect. He is facing a total of 22 charges, including 12 counts of failure to comply with probation orders.
