In the fall of 2023, Hamilton Police launched an investigation into a series of violent armed carjackings and pharmacy robberies occurring throughout Hamilton. As a result of this thorough investigation, Laszlo Mihalovics has been charged with numerous firearm and robbery offenses related to crimes between October and December 2023. He remains in custody, having been charged in a previous investigation.
Hamilton Police continue to collaborate with the Provincial Carjacking Joint Task Force on these investigations.
Investigators are actively seeking to identify any additional suspects who may have been working with Mihalovics during these offenses.
