Hamilton Police Search for Second Man Wanted for Manslaughter

Hamilton Police are actively seeking to locate and arrest Albert Hyseni, a 22-year-old male from the Hamilton area, for manslaughter. 

On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, Hamilton Police responded to reports of shots fired in the area of 111 Herkimer Street in Hamilton. Upon arrival, police located the deceased, Tito Kelly. Through investigation, police believe this was an isolated incident involving a drug transaction where both individuals exchanged gunfire.

Earlier this month, police announced the arrest of Donte Smith for manslaughter in relation to the investigation. Smith remains in custody after his bail was denied at a hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

Albert Hyseni was injured following the incident and was transported to hospital where he received treatment and was later released.
