Hamilton Police Arrest Youth in Mountain Armed Robbery

Hamilton Police have arrested three youth in relation to an armed robbery in the area of Concession Street and East 36th Street.

Thanks to assistance from the public, the youth were identified and arrested. They have been charged with two counts of robbery with a firearm.

On August 23, 2024, the victim was contacted through a popular dating app to arrange a meeting. Upon arrival, the victim was attacked by three suspects and held at gunpoint. The suspects stole the victim’s phone and used it to make a financial transaction. A second victim was also attacked by the same suspects earlier in the evening. The suspects randomly met the victim on the street and forced him at gunpoint to his apartment where they stole a gaming station.
