Armed suspects at large after Ancaster home invasion

Police are investigating a home invasion in Ancaster early Friday morning where the intruders allegedly brandished a handgun.

Officers say two male suspects entered a home in the area of Gloverleaf Drive at around 4 a.m. and demanded the keys to a white Mercedes G-Wagon SUV from the residents inside.

Investigators describe the suspects as two slim men each between five-foot-eight and five-foot-11 feet tall, wearing dark clothing and brandishing a handgun.

Police say no one was reported to be injured.

Anyone with information or video from 3 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. in the area is asked to contact police.
