VIDEO: Hamilton’s city hall is looking more colourful Monday on this Victoria Day, at least the sidewalk and pavement are. It’s all part of Chalk Fest and it’s an idea that started three years ago to spread art within the community. CHCH News’ Sean Cowan reports.
