Emergency security protocols have been activated at two schools in Burlington.
Notre Dame Secondary School has been put into lockdown, and St. Timothy’s Catholic Elementary School has been placed in a hold and secure.
There have been no reported injuries at this time.
Halton police took to social media around 11:20 a.m. to share the news and are asking the public to avoid the area.
