A fire that broke out in a shed next to a house on Lincoln Street has resulted in considerable structural damage.
The home owner of 504 Lincoln St. contacted emergency services around noon on Sept. 15 to report the blaze.
Crews arrived to find heavy fire and smoke and worked at the scene from the exterior back porch to bring the blaze under control. The fire had extended up the siding of the house into the soffits and attic space.
There were no injuries and the cause of the fire does not appear to be suspicious.
Damage is estimated to around $200,000.
