Niagara police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 27-year-old man.
Officers say Matthew Powell was last seen around 5 a.m. Thursday in the area of Drummond Road and Dunn Street in Niagara Falls.
He is described as being five-foot-four tall and 150 pounds with braided hair and tattoos on his neck. He was last seen with no shirt on, black pants and multi-coloured shoes.
Powell’s family and police are concerned for his welfare.
