Provincial police in Norfolk County are turning to the public for help tracking down a man they say committed fraud.
The incident spans back to March when a man who lost his credit card on the 27th noticed it was being used to make purchases at several businesses across Simcoe.
After phoning the police, investigating authorities were able to track down surveillance footage from where the cards had been used and narrow down a suspect.
Police say that vehicle the man left the scene in had been previously stolen from Aylmer.
Investigators are now circulating images of a man and the truck and asking the public to keep an eye out.
The man is described as a Caucasian 30 to 35-year-old with brown hair on his head and face.
He was last spotted wearing a grey plaid shirt, jeans and a grey baseball cap and was driving a black 2006 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
Police ask that anyone with relevant information contact them by calling 1-888-310-1122.
