Police investigate after Rolls Royce taken in Ancaster home invasion

Hamilton police are investigating a home invasion that happened early Thursday morning on Jerseyville Road East where suspects stole a Rolls Royce.

Officers say that three men approached the Ancaster home at around 4 a.m. and smashed the glass of front door with a rock to gain entry.

Detectives allege the men then demanded the homeowner give them the keys to his 2014 Rolls Royce before driving away.

Investigators say the suspects were wearing masks, dark clothing and latex gloves.

They say the stolen vehicle is described as a 2014 Rolls Royce Wraith, a two-door vehicle with black and champagne colouring.

The car’s license plate is CHFT636 with VIN# SCA665C52EUX84380.

Anyone with information or video of the home invasion from 3:30 to 4:15 a.m. are asked to contact police.
