As Niagara police continue to investigate the death of Jessica Lynn St. Jules, whose body was discovered in Lincoln on June 8, they are requesting the public’s help in identifying a person of interest.
Officers say a review of CCTV footage shows a male driver with a larger build wearing a distinctive red shirt with a white stripe.
He was driving a 2018-2020 Dodge Grand Caravan in the Barton Street area in the early morning hours of June 8.

It was near the Hamilton Public Library, which is located at 571 Barton St. East in Hamilton.
Later that day, St. Jules was found dead in a rural area of Lincoln.
Earlier this week, investigators determined St. Jules was last seen getting into a Dodge Grand Caravan around 4:20 a.m. on the day she was found dead.
