Niagara police work to identify elderly woman found in medical distress

Niagara police are asking for help in identifying an elderly woman who was found in medical distress on Saturday in St. Catharines.

Officers found the woman in the area of Parnell and Bunting roads.

Investigators describe her as a white woman between the ages of 65 and 75 years old. She has long white hair and is between five-foot-three to five-foot-five tall.

Police say she was found wearing a grey hiking hat, sunglasses and white running shoes, along with a black walking cane.
