Niagara police seek missing 68-year-old woman

Niagara police are turning to the public in an effort to track down a missing 68-year-old woman.

They say Galextra Kavanaugh, who sometimes goes by Selma Paul, hasn’t been seen since Monday.

She was last spotted around 1:55 p.m. near Lundy’s Lane and Montrose Road in Niagara Falls.

Police aren’t sure how she’s getting around.

Authorities describe her as a black woman who is five-foot-six, with brown and gray hair.

She was last seen wearing a red hoodie, black pants and black and white running shoes.

Her family is concerned for her welfare, and police ask that the public keep an eye out.

Investigators ask that anyone with information reach out to them by phone by calling 905-688-4111, option three, extension 1007730.
