Niagara police seek missing 24-year-old man and his service dog

Niagara police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 24-year-old man and his service dog.

Officers say the family of James Emery last heard from him on Friday. Investigators say Emery usually checks in with his family every day.

He is described as being 190 lbs and five-foot-eight tall with a medium build, brown eyes, brown short hair and glasses.

Police say Emery has a medical condition that requires attention and he will likely be with his service dog.

Emery is known to frequent St. Catharines, Burlington, Union Station in Toronto and Whitby.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009215.
