Niagara Police searching for missing 14-year-old in Fort Erie

Detectives from the Fort Erie division of the Niagara Regional Police Service are searching for a missing 14-year-old girl, Emily Odessa Tyler, who goes by the name of Odessa.

She was last seen on the morning of Saturday June 1, 2024 at approximately 8:30 a.m. in the area of Nigh Road and Rose Hill Road, in the Town of Fort Erie. Odessa was last seen on a red bike with a banana seat​ and basket on the front.

Odessa is a white female, slender, five feet tall with shoulder length brown hair. Her photos were released by NRPS.

According to the police press release, she was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt with “PINK” across the chest, blue/green shorts, white crocs, and riding her red Cruiser/like bicycle.

The police and Odessa’s family are concerned for her welfare. Anyone who may have information on her whereabouts are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1024338.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
