A 63-year-old man is facing multiple charges in connection with a child luring investigation in the Niagara region.

Investigators discovered that Dale J. Cull allegedly used the internet over several months to connect with people who he believed to be under the age of 16.

Niagara police carried out a search warrant Tuesday at a home in St. Catharines, where they seized “devices capable of storing electronic data.”
