Niagara police appeal to food delivery drivers who may have witnessed Epworth Circle shooting

Niagara police are appealing to food delivery drivers who were working on Epworth Circle in Niagara Falls on the night of a fatal shooting.

According to police, a man was found on the night of April 1 near St. Lawrence Avenue with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead in the hospital.

He was 29 years old.

On Tuesday, authorities published an appeal for witnesses, specifically food truck drivers who may have been in the area between 2:45 p.m. and 6:20 p.m.

Police say they’re continuing to try and track down a suspect but have only released a description of their vehicle, an Audi Q7 that was built between 2020 and 2024, with the “black optic” trim package — it should be noted that despite the name, the vehicle is white.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to reach out to them by calling 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009417.
