Lincoln man charged for allegedly exposing himself to woman, child

A 34-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a woman and a child in two separate incidents, Niagara police said Thursday.

According to officials, uniform officers were dispatched to the area of Wade Road and Margaret Street in West Lincoln last month following reports of an indecent act.

An investigation followed, which ultimately determined a man had exposed himself to an 11-year-old child near the walking bridge at the end of Wade Road.

Police say a silver vehicle was seen in the area, and was believed to belong to the suspect.

Last week, Niagara police responded to similar reports in the same area, where a man had allegedly exposed himself to a 63-year-old woman.

A witness was able to capture a photo of the license plate of the silver vehicle seen at both incidents, as well as a video of the suspect.

On Thursday, Niagara police announced Adam Zbigniew Gluchowski had been arrested, and now faces multiple charges relating to indecent acts and exposure.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the investigating officers by calling 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009747.
