Jamaican rugby player missing in Niagara area

Niagara police are searching for a missing Jamaican man who was in the province for a rugby event in Brampton.

Alpachino Mignott, 26, was last seen on Oct. 19 in the area of Kent Street and Queenston Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake just before 11 p.m. His means of travel is unknown.

Investigative efforts have not been able to locate Mignott who is described as a 6’2″ black man, with black hair and a black beard. He weighs around 180 lbs.

The police and Mignott’s family are concerned for his well-being
