The department says Johnson fired a gun at an unnamed victim following a “verbal argument” in an alleyway near Hess Street and Market Street.

Fortunately, the shot missed and the victim was able to flee the scene unharmed.

Police are circulating the following photo of Johnson in an effort to track him down.

The second man wanted by police has been identified as 22-year-old Gary Patrick Cunningham.

Investigators say he shot two people outside of Peddles Pub and Restaurant on Aug. 24.

Both victims were taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities are warning the public that both suspects should be considered to be armed and dangerous. If sighted, do not approach them and instead call 911 immediately.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is encouraged to contact police.
