Police are asking the public to avoid a Hamilton neighbourhood off of Ottawa Street after a car drove into a home and damaged a gas line.
A vehicle struck a home on Campbell Avenue, between Balmoral Avenue and Ottawa Street, around 7 a.m. Friday.
Police told CHCH News that the vehicle’s driver had fled the scene.
Currently, there’s no word on if anyone was injured or the extent of the damages.
