Hamilton Health Sciences will be expanding the hours of its Urgent Care Centre at its West End Clinic.
As of Oct. 31 the West End location will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Health Services says the additional hours will support the community during peak flu and viral season, and in the future.
“If you’re experiencing an illness or injury that isn’t an emergency, but can’t wait for an appointment with a family doctor, an urgent care centre is a good option for you,” says Dr. Kuldeep Sidhu, the chief of emergency medicine for HHS.
No appointments are required at Hamilton Heath Sciences’ urgent care centres.
