A fire at a Burlington Home on Mystic Street Sunday afternoon injured one firefighter and has caused an estimated $600,000 in damages.
Emergency crews responded to reports at around 3:30 p.m. of smoke coming from a home on Mystic Street.
Police say no residents were hurt during the fire, but that a firefighter was injured while they were putting out the fire.
Firefighters say that mechanical failure was the cause of the fire which caused an estimated $600,000 in damages to the property.
The office of the Fire Marshal was contacted because the damage to the property was over $500,000.
