Brantford woman faces robbery charge, second suspect wanted

A forty-five-year old woman is facing robbery charges after entering a private residence on Colborne Street West in Brantford in the early hours of August 4.

Elizabeth Molly Bartlett of Brantford and a second individual entered the victim’s residence and became involved in a physical confrontation with the victim. Both suspects removed property and then fled from the residence in a black vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Officers later located Bartlett at an address on Aberdeen Avenue in Brantford. She has been released and is scheduled to appear in court in Brantford on September 26.

Investigators have identified the second suspect involved in the incident and are making attempts to locate them. There is no threat to public safety.
