Police are investigating a three-vehicle collision that claimed the life of a 33-year-old in Haldimand County on Tuesday.
According to OPP, emergency officials responded to reports of a crash on Haldimand Road 17 in Dunnville around 5:30 p.m.
The collision appeared to have involved a minivan, a pickup truck, and a sedan.
Officers say the driver of the sedan, a resident of Brantford, was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, where they later died.
The driver of the pickup truck sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and was sent to a local hospital for treatment.
Police said Tuesday night a stretch of Haldimand Road 17 would remain closed while the preliminary investigation took place.
