Brantford police seek missing 29-year-old woman

Brantford police are turning to the public for help in locating a missing 29-year-old woman.

The department said Mary, whose last name has not been provided, has been missing since May 31.

She’s described as being five-foot-five, 130 lbs with a thin build, dirty blonde shoulder-length hair, and has tattoos on her arms and legs.

They add that she has “adopted a transient lifestyle” and is known to frequent the city’s downtown.

Current information indicates that she may be in the Simcoe area.

On Tuesday, police said that they’re still looking to make contact with Mary despite the fact that she has reportedly made contact with her family, in an effort to “verify her wellbeing.”

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the station by phoning 519-756-7050, extension 2272.
