ArtsFest in Hamilton’s Westdale Village made for an exciting weekend in the city’s west end.
Since Friday, the community has been abuzz with activity thanks to Live Music, curated art exhibits, open patios, old-school movies, and a vintage market.
On Sunday, The Westdale Theatre screened the classic musical Grease, featuring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.
The event used to be held in Waterdown but has been calling Westdale its home since 2019.
The festival draws guests from across the Greater Toronto Area and upstate New York, and sees upwards of 40,000 people in attendance.
This is the ninth year the event has been running and it featured plenty of local musicians, like John Restas, Up Town Therapy as well as Rob Santos and Friends.
The event will wrap Sunday at 8 p.m. and is free to attend.
