One person managed to escape, but another remains unaccounted for after a massive fire broke out at a home in Welland.
The fire broke out late Thursday morning on David Street.
Fire crews were able to get the blaze under control by 1 p.m.
Welland’s fire chief tells CHCH News that this is the third time a fire has recently broken out at this property.
