A man has died following a crash on Highway 403 in Burlington, according to Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
Police closed all eastbound lanes on the 403 east of Waterdown Road as they investigated on Monday morning. The road has since reopened.
At around 9:40 a.m. ET on Monday, OPP said, officers were called to the scene of a collision between a motorcycle and an SUV between Waterdown Road and Queen Elizabeth Way.
Despite efforts by paramedics to save him, the motorcycle rider was pronounced dead at the scene, while the SUV driver was not injured, according to OPP.
