The Niagara police homicide unit is investigating, police say, after a man and a woman were found dead at a home in St. Catharines.
Police say they were called to a home in the city around 9 a.m. Thursday morning and that one person has been taken into custody.
Police said, in a press release, that “at this time there is no indication that this was a random act of violence.”
Niagara police spokesperson Stephanie Sabourin said, in an email, that they are “anticipating an update later this (Friday) morning.”
More to come.
