Brantford police circulate images of car connected to shots fired call

Brantford police are trying to track down a vehicle they say may be connected to a recent shots fired call.

The incident occurred just before 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

No one was injured, but police are now on the hunt for a vehicle connected to the case.

Police say they were called out to a home on Butcher Crescent after someone called to say that they heard gunshots.

Officers attended the scene and managed to acquire surveillance footage from around the time the incident took place — and, with it, a suspect vehicle.

Now, authorities are circulating an image of the suspect vehicle in hopes that the public will recognize it.

Police describe the vehicle as a grey, four-door SUV.

At this time, police say there is no added danger to the public.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Brantford Police Service by calling 519-756-7050.
