Hamilton police’s homicide unit is investigating after finding two people dead in an Ottawa Street apartment.

The police service said in a news release, early Friday morning, officers and paramedics arrived at the apartment on Thursday at 1 p.m.

The service said officers aren’t looking for any suspects.

The service said it is notifying the families of the two people before releasing their identities.

CBC Hamilton has contacted the police and paramedics for more details.
