A 21-year-old from Toronto is facing multiple charges following an investigation into a break-and-enter incident in Oakville.
Halton police say around 2:30 a.m. on April 28, three masked suspects broke into a home on Pinehurst Drive.
The suspects allegedly used a rock to smash a glass door at the front of the house to get inside.
Police say they believe the three masked individuals were searching for the keys to a vehicle parked in the driveway of the home, but were unable to find them.

They fled the home in a vehicle police say had been previously stolen. No one who was home at the time suffered any injuries.
Halton officials discovered the alleged getaway vehicle abandoned later that day in Toronto, and launched an investigation to track down the suspects.
On Thursday, officers carried out a search warrant at a home in Toronto, where they arrested one of the three people believed to be involved.
Shahfaisal Qureshi was arrested and is facing multiple charges relating to this break-and-enter incident.
Halton police are still seeking to identify the other two suspects in this crime, and are asking anyone with information to contact the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777 ext. 2216.
