Niagara police have made an arrest in connection with a fatal hit-and-run that happened last month in the Town of Chippawa.
Police say the hit-and-run happened in the area of Sodom and Weaver roads on April 8.
Upon police arrival, a man was found dead on the west side of Sodom Road.
Police say they seized a 2007 Black Cadillac Escalade believed to be involved in the fatal crash.

Following an extensive investigation, police arrested 49-year-old Tanya Krajishnik-Maillis in connection to this incident that left a 52-year-old man from the Falls dead.
Krajishnik-Maillis has been charged with fail to stop at the scene of accident/fatality.
Police say she is currently in custody awaiting a bail hearing on Thursday at a St. Catharines courthouse.
