The holiday Monday is technically a day to commemorate Queen Victoria’s legacy and birthday. But for many Hamiltonians, it’s a good excuse to get outside in the sun and spend some time with family, including the final day of Ribfest in Binbrook.

The City of Hamilton held a fireworks display Sunday night at Dundas Driving Park. There won’t be another city run display on Monday. Hamiltonians are allowed to have their own fireworks show between dusk and 11 p.m.
